    We are quickly becoming a LG household from OLED TVs, dryer, and now microwave. We replaced an aging microwave with this LG and it doesn’t disappoint. We are completely satisfied with the purchase.

    Your In-store consultant was outstanding walked us right through what we were looking for and let us to this little beauty. It’s very robust I love the way. The door opens, and the tray turns. The beverage heating is outstanding, and I learned from my grandson that the popcorn timer is Excellent . total care installed in minutes. Fits snug under c cabinet

    The overall experience was fantastic. From in-store shopping though delivery and installation, the entire series of interactions was professional, yet light-hearted where appropriate. Literally the Besy Buy on our new kitchen appliances during the President's Day sale.

    Easy install with a helper (the wife). The wife loves the chimes instead of the old buzzers. Wife says she is perfectly happy with it. We’ve only had it for about a month now. So far so good. I would recommend this.

    Works as expected. Only caveat was the electrical cord was too short. Luckly I had a short pigtail cord to bridge the gap. Our former LG lasted 17 years of everyday use. I expect a similar life expectancy with this unit.

    Its a nice microwave, but the inside light just went out after 4 months. And now I can not see the food when it is on.

The interior light is designed to last, but if it has gone out, we recommend checking the user manual for replacement guidance.     Bought this as a replacement for a Samsung which met its maker after 3 yrs of service. Great buy, love how it looks in my kitchen, works as described and heats food up quick

    One month after my purchase . The door wouldn't shut unless i stood there to keep it closed. Repair guy came and went still couldnt fix it . LG company refused to help me at all . I went up the ladder for three days only to get the samr answer from a big wig. I will never again by LG and neither should you.

      If the door isn’t closing securely, it may help to check for any obstruction along the hinge or latch area, such as packing material or misaligned mounting. Gently cleaning the door edges and latch mechanism and ensuring the unit is mounted level may help alleviate resistance. In some cases, inspecting the installation bracket or ensuring no screws have loosened during transit can also make a difference.
