    Seems like a good basic microwave. Chimes are more pleasant when time is up than beeping alarm of the old microwave. Hope this one doesn't act up any time soon.

    Product delirlvered by 3rd party. sent to wrong place. Address was correct for my home, but dropped at a warehouse 3 miles away. They called me and I had to go pick it up! No response at delivery service. only text. No response ar best buy either.

    Love this microwave. This replaced a very expensive GE profile that didn't last 5 years. This one is so much better. Cooks better.

    Internal light blew within few months on over the range microwave model: MVEM1721F. You can’t replace it without removing the oven, it’s so complicated. It’s still under warranty so LG agreed to send technician and send parts in timely manner. The first visit was made per schedule but technician didn’t do anything giving excuse of his health. He didn’t show up at next appointment and since then no response from him on text or email. The automated LG customer service gives kind words but doing no actual help. I am so disappointed with the product design and LG customer service.

    works, but not sure about quality. it makes an obnoxious noise as they are getting ready to come out. Don't know of it's like a sensor thing (like a smoke detector) . Got to call manufacurer. If it's a normal noise, it really is lousy!!!
