    Was repairing a older ge microwave and the look on this lg is very nice and faster and heats very well so far better than the ge

    The functions are fine but there are way too many options and after a month I'm still figuring out how to make some of the functions work - even with help from the manual. Would have liked something simpler,

    I bought the stainless steel option and It looks great with our dark stainless steel stove. Works perfect!

    The internal light stopped working after 6 months, it does not heat very well either, always needs extra time.

    If you wanna microwave that works with heating stuff up under five minutes this is the microwave for you. If you want to do a baked potato or two baked potatoes and you have to run it for nine minutes more longer or if you’re trying to heat up a Pyrex of water to boil that this microwave is not for you this microwave likes to shut down when it overheats I have invented properly and I’m outside of my return window so I’m stuck with it

    Bought this microwave in Dec 2024. Called to reschedule an under warranty repair in Oct. They have given us the run around. Sent a tech out 3 times....they keep having parts changed out and still not heating. They had the nerve to send me a warranty reminder as it runs out soon notice. Still not fixed and very unhappy with the way LG handles issues. NO one in USA to talk to.
