Lots of features! Easy guidelines printed right on the unit. The only negative is the difficulty reading the control screen. It is not back lit. Makes it hard to see the screen to set it properly.

Even though the box was opened it is and still very easy to put in and operate and works great!! Highly recommend this

Great over the stove microwave, old microwave was over 20 years old so new features took a bit to learn but now love them

Works well. My only complaint is it does not have a one, two, three minute button. You have to push add 30 seconds several times or put in the cook time.

I have been very pleased with it's function. Lots of pre-programmed, and relevant operations. Had my last microwave for 33 yrs. , so we'll see.

The look of this microwave was as expected however, it would be much better if the touchpad was backlit. It is hard at times to read the control panel when kitchen lights are on and shadows are present. Also, the material of the control panel is very susceptible to scratches. The first day it was installed, I used a kitchen towel to wipe it down and it is now completely scratched. BEWARE, make sure you only use microfiber or similar to wipe the panel.

Love my new microwave but it’s a bit noisier than my old one and operation screen scratches easily

What can I say? Its easy to operate and works gr8! One feature I really appreciate is being able to use the timer at the same time that the microwave is cooking. My last super high end microwave would not allow timing when cooking and it was so inconvenient. Good buy, too!

Easy to install and easy to use. Pleasing looks and easy clean.

Great microwave, Although the vent van is a little more noise then i like. It has all the settings i need including the popcorn feature.

Purchased this to replace a ten year old model to match our other new appliances. Installation was a breeze above the cooktop and it functions perfectly. It was a huge change having a quite microwave. Haven't gotten much use out of it but it looks like cleaning and maintenance will be easier than the previous model as well.

We needed a simple, inexpensive MW to complete our kitchen and chose this one since all the other appliances are LG, except the range (the one we originally ordered was unavailable). Works very well, lots of bells and whistles for the price.

When I purchased this unit I thought it would be to big to mount under the cabinets. To my surprise it fit perfectly.
