loud and door issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A lot of issues with this LG microwave and unfortunately, i did not get it installed within the 15 days so BB would not take it back. First, when installed and turned on for the first time, it was just plain loud. Really loud. To make matters worse, the turntable platter only turned about 1/4 of the way, stopped, started again, stopped, etc. And, the microwave heated intermittently- turns out it was the door. When you closed it and the microwave didn't work, you had to push in and up on the door and then it would work. Maybe just a bad unit but ended up with a KitchenAid.

You can't touch it without having to wipe it down. The inside is a very darl color. Lighter would be better. The light inside went out after 3 months. Only a repairman can change the light bulb. If I had it to do over I would not have purchased this product.

Great microwave!

The LG is very reliable so far. My only complaint is that the built-in fan only has two settings, low and high. My GE one also had a medium setting which is the one I used the most. This is a good one!

LD Hood Fan Microwave

The light on the bottom isn't an LED and gets hot. And the timer function can't be turned off by hitting cancel. Minor programming complaint.
