The clock/timer display started blinking a few months after we bought it. Manufacturer came out and replaced the display and now it is doing the same thing. Best Buy geek squad says we have to pay to un-install it and give it to them for 8 weeks to have it fixed. Never buying LG trash or dealing with geeks squads fake warranty service ever again. You just lost a customer.

Best buy tech team used the external draft and placed a new outlet in the cabinet above the range so there was no problem with the conversion from the over the range hood. Saves countertop space.

Would have preferred a 2.0 but could not get immediately. Other than being a tad smaller this LG model works just as well.
