Good Model, Good Price

It was a tight fit over the range and professional installation was necessary, but reasonable at Best Buy.

They replaced it with this unit because the parts were unavailable. This replacement is now making a loud gear noise when the tray is spinning. The heavier the weight on the table, the louder the noise! Just waiting for it to fail too.

Clunky/loud

The numbers are hard to press and the vent only has 2 features and it is extremly loud. The worst part is how clunky it feels and sounds when you open and close the microwave door. Returning it.

There is one negative: The cooktop light is terrible; half the time I can't even tell if it is on! It needs a brighter bulb.....The manual calls for a 30W bulb....can a stronger one be used???

The inside is also a very pretty dark gray, so that splatters won't show so much. It's nice it has an optional rack, as well.

It was delivered to my home but had no instructions, no manual, no template to hang the microwave and no hardware. I had to call LG and they shipped everything to me at it took 2 weeks. Never again
