Thankfully Best Buy exchanged. Performance was poor, uneven cooking at best, display stopped working. Cost of repairs more than replacement. Thank you Best Buy for addressing issues.

Worst Appliance We Have Ever Owned!

The numbers are hard to push, the light is either off or on, no in between, the fan is either high or low, the filter cover on the left side falls out often when you open or close the door and you can't see what you're microwaving unless you're six feet tall due to the black stripe at the bottom of the glass on the door. I was going to take this back like before but the return policy where we purchased it is only 15 days and I couldn't get someone to come and take the microwave down so I could return it. I would not recommend this microwave to anyone.
