The clock/timer display started blinking a few months after we bought it. Manufacturer came out and replaced the display and now it is doing the same thing. Best Buy geek squad says we have to pay to un-install it and give it to them for 8 weeks to have it fixed. Never buying LG trash or dealing with geeks squads fake warranty service ever again. You just lost a customer.

I ordered from Best Buy and was promised delivery in 5 days. It arrived in 3. No problems with purchase or shipping. It arrived in perfect condition, my husband installed and we've been using for a month now. Microwave itself is good. Has a timer and vents out the top.

The beeps are SUPER LOUD and I can't figure out how to turn them off/down. And the clock display panel flickers which started about 2 months after install. Would not recommend because of this.
