Overall, the microwave, although not the best I have had, does exactly what it should and is worth it for the money. The buttons are not sensitive enough and the door is a little loud/clunky but this does not detract from the overall product.

Works well ands is easy to use. Pretty quiet. Would be nice to have the express buttons like our previous model but not a big deal

We purchased this microwave as our previous one had stopped working. It is a good, general use unit. It is easy to keep clean and does a good job of cooking. It has a number of special settings that I have not yet had a chance to use, but I would expect them to live up to the standards of what I have had a chance to use.

Hey, it’s a microwave but what you get out of it is what you put into it right?! It works great and isn’t big and bulky.

Works and looks great. My only problem with it is the noise. It is LOUD when it cooks. Have had it a couple of weeks and it's still loud and gets on my nerves.

Performs all the functions you need from a microwave reasonably well, but disappointed with the keypad. For one, the images online show bright white key button names, but ours has a much darker grey on black that's difficult to see/read. That combined with a key pad that isn't very responsive to the touch (have to push it just right and harder than any of my other microwaves), makes it impossible to give it a 5-star review.

Microwave works well and meets our needs. Very easy to install. Tried some of the other big box homestores and were looking at waiting 4-12 weeks to get delivered, but we were able to get this one in 2 days. Very pleased.

We replaced our microwave that only lasted 7yrs with the same model. Not as nice as the one previously made. Fan is much louder but overall it works & hopefully last longer than 7yrs.

Product performs as advertised but disappointed with the stove top light. Of no real use because it's lack of power

The microwave works exactly as expected. The buttons are a little difficult to push for me but I assume that this issue is because it is still new.

This microwave, while not the best as far as features go, was just what I wanted. It is slightly smaller than some models but it fits better over the stove allowing better visual of items on the stove top. I find most microwave ovens are much bigger than my needs so this slightly smaller one suits me perfectly. I like the design and the no smudge fingerprint surface.

Excellent microwave. Clock isn't the easiest to use but matches my kitchen and works well. Buttons don't touch easily though

This microwave oven perfectly matches our LG refrigerator and range and looks very modern. The stainless steel finish does require more cleaning than our older enamel finish microwave. We haven't tried the sensor heating settings yet but they appear very useful and easy to use. The control panel seems to require more pressure than our old one did. Amazingly, the installation was very easy because we were able to use our old Kenmore wall bracket. Took less than 30 minutes to install. The noise level is no louder than other microwave ovens I have used.

So far it is working beautifully, as advertised. Installation was easy. The use is simple. I don't see anything that may not work properly in future. I am fond of the product

Heats foods very quickly and evenly, and looks great. The keypad has quite a few buttons that can make it confusing. And the interior shelf is too low to use with anything other than a dinner plate

Great price for microwave. We love the LG products. Many options on the microwave and it's stays very clean. Easy to install

The unit seems to be fine. Easy to use. Easy to clean. I installed it at a rental. The instructions were a little unclear. The templet for the cabinet bottom was intended to be placed against the underside of the cabinet. I placed it on the top side but figured out that was wrong. With clear instructions, I would have avoided that mistake. Worse, the instructions had the mounting screw holes mis-located; bad to discover after lifting the unit in place.

Just purchased this microwave and it is okay. I read the reviews and was hoping they were incorrect, but they weren't. The microwave is dark on the inside and on the number panel. You can barely see to punch in numbers. There is a very dim light on the inside of microwave and on the outside. Not bright enough to leave on as a night light. So far it heats okay; I've only done leftovers.

Looks nice and works great but everything about this unit is noisy whether your running it, opening/closing the door or using the vent fan. I had a GE Profile which was silent compared to this one however the GE was junk and fell apart in 6 years. I have to call in support because when its done running a fan (not the vent fan for stove) winds down and its very loud.

I upgraded from a white GE model. Stainless steel finish looks great. Installation took me a couple hours. All functions work well except the yellow led light in clock or timer does not match the cook range white led i paired this with.
