Had a product failure with my original LG microwave after 15 months and received a replacement unit under an extended warranty. LG no longer makes the model I had, so I chose a similar model at the same price point as my original purchase. The difference between the old and new units is like "night and day." The new model is soooooo much better. The touch screen on the old unit required lots of finger pressure to operate... the new unit works with a gentle touch. It's like I purchased an upgraded unit... "well done LG."

Great over the range Microwave. Fits all my needs and looks great. The only issue think could be better is the mounting for the back. It got a little tricky to get the microwave lined up and on the two little mount points.

Very Sleek product. Love the build and quality of this. Touch controls with required options. Led Light and Over the Range light and vent. Full package and good price. Better than other brands for sure. Quality speaks for it.

All technicians sent exhibited the upmost professionalism. In addition they were extremely knowledgeable about the installation as well as the applances. Each technician explained how each appliance works. All 4 appliances are working well.

So far, so good. Microwave functions well, but is rather loud when cooking. Vent fan activates whenever the microwave is in use, despite the owner's manual notation that it only comes on when it detects heat from the stove.

Beautiful. You can see what you are heating up through it and is nice. It has a little music when is done. Lovely. The only thing is that is very noisy. Other than that we love it.

I like this new LG Thin Q Over the Range Microwave especially the sensor cook feature and the menu for cook times all labeled when you open the door

I have 2 of these and about to buy a 3rd. They work good. They look good. They clean easy.

Microwave has been working very well. No problems at all. The installation was great. The guys did a great job. They took extra care to keep from damaging my backsplash above and beyond.

Our home had a new low wattage microwave that i hated. This one is soo much better. Cooks everything quickly with intuitive controls snd stong vent for the stove.

The old microwave was dying and was very hard to clean. Our new LG was installed in minutes, cooks faster and is a pleasure to keep clean. Best buy could change their name to "Perfect Buy."

Like the microwave. It's quieter than the GE we had. The only downside I have on this model is that it only has two fan speeds. It would have been better if there was a lower setting.

So far I'm very happy with my purchase. It's worked great and looks sleek. It makes a lot of pretty music, which is welcoming compared to the old style beeping. Very easy to operate.

Strong, good appliance for a price, fast delivery and istall

Very happy with this microwave. The sensing cook is great. Warms things evenly. Only downside is not being able to turn off the jingle at the end when it completes a cook time.
