This machine is very nice. We had another LG before, and liked that, but this one is even nicer. I do like the grey interior. It just looks better. Also like the controls, they are functional and easy to understand.

Perfect fix to replace the old one. Looks nice over the stove.

Works really well; fit perfectly and was a real easy install. One comment on installation; the template provided is a back/front template. Would have been easier if the top and back templates were seperate.

Very good so far I hope it last my Samsung only last 3 years this LG is a replacement.

We had this microwave for exactly 2 years and at first we loved it, we had heard LG was a good brand. Within the first couple months the interior light blew out. No big deal but didn’t expect it so soon. Now the magnetron is burned out and the microwave doesn’t heat. I contacted LG, the part is covered under warranty but it costs $350 just to have an LG contractor come to look at the microwave. The $350 is apparently their “flat rate repair fee”. Had a local repairman look and he said it would be cheaper just to replace the entire thing plus installation. So two years later my original purchase is already non functional and the warranty is useless unless you’re happy to fork out $350. Will NEVER buy an LG appliance again.

Very nice microwave. It looks similar to our last one, however it had the Hot buttons, 1-6 minutes. The special settings (defrost, etc) could be better explained.

i was worried about the stainless steel and keeping the prints off but like the description said, It truly is easy to clean, plus I do like the dark interior of the microwave versus a white interior I have always had before.

Good equipment, fulfills its functions. I love that it heats meals in a short period of time. Also, depending on your weight, it defrosts the food based on your setting.

I replaced my GE Profile microwave when it died after 11 years with a new LG over the range microwave. I love the look and there are a few pleasant surprises with how it operates.

Has more power and a larger turntable than our previous microwave. It is all good; just having to adjust length of operation as “cooks” faster than before.

I bought this microwave when the circuits were fried on my old one. I like it and thought, being LG, it would be highly rated. Turns out it's one of LG's lowest rated models. Does Best Buy pay attention to the ratings on what they sell?

So far it’s a nice smooth running microwave. Love the darker interior and the fact it doesn’t let you over cook popcorn

I didn’t realize my old microwave was so inefficient until we started using this new one! Heats everything twice as fast. Matches the rest of our appliances great!

Love this microwave. The fan and cooking are very quiet. It was not as bulky as my old microwave, making it easier to work at stovetop.

One of the best purchases I’ve ever made since I’ve use this microwave it has not overcook or undo cook cook any of my food even cooked a perfect baked potato.
