The old microwave was dying and was very hard to clean. Our new LG was installed in minutes, cooks faster and is a pleasure to keep clean. Best buy could change their name to "Perfect Buy."

Like the microwave. It's quieter than the GE we had. The only downside I have on this model is that it only has two fan speeds. It would have been better if there was a lower setting.

So far I'm very happy with my purchase. It's worked great and looks sleek. It makes a lot of pretty music, which is welcoming compared to the old style beeping. Very easy to operate.

Pick it up as an NJ open box deal. Great price. Installed myself. Looks and works great so far.

Very happy with this microwave. The sensing cook is great. Warms things evenly. Only downside is not being able to turn off the jingle at the end when it completes a cook time.

Like the newer features. Much different than the one that I purchased a few years ago amd sold with my home.

Bought this to replace our 15 year old LG unit. Mounting bracket was different from the old one but not a big deal. Love the glass control panel and functions, could use more lighting under the unit

I just recently purchased this microwave again, as I purchased a new home and wanted the same microwave that I had. It’s very easy to function, and heats and cooks food evenly and quickly.

We purchased Model MVEM1825F/00 and have had it only one week. It is a great model and is meeting all our needs. I am only 5'2" tall and can see my food cooking where Model MHEC1737F I could not. Our previous model was 11 years old and we just updated all our appliances. We researched this model on the BEST BUY website so as seniors, we were not aware how much microwaves had changed the viewing feature. It looks great in the space. Missing a few features our 11 year old microwave had like a nightlight timer, and a quick defrost feature, but we have been able to work within the paramaters of what features this microwave offers.

Larger interior than anticipated, pleasant music plays rather than the standard buzz, made me giggle the first few times I heard it

Some Manny good features starting with LED lights, powerful over range, it looks amazing!

The biggest complaint I have with this microwave is that there is no back light, so if you don’t have the light on, you can’t tell what buttons you need to push. That is a frustrating feature. As long as you’re aware of it before you purchase, you’ll be fine.

So far this microwave is easy to use and is more powerful than our previous unit that was another brand.

Great sleek look. I love LG appliances. They play a little tune for you. Full sized microwave. Vent is very strong, works better than most that are built into a microwave.
