    One touch cooking is great. Inside light while cooking or when opening and closing door is a plus. Stylish looking.

    Nice unit. The installation seemed very easy for the installers. Since I started using this unit, reheating is a snap and cleanup is easy.

    Works well and has a decent variety of settings. However, I do know there are other options with more advanced settings, and I also find the placement of the buttons to be weird. It’s just not intuitive and I’m not adjusting to it as easily I am for the other appliances we purchased. That said, it’s a pretty minor issue, and a microwave is a microwave - and this one functions as it should.

    It's a good microwave but nothing special. It does what my old one did. I guess I expected a 10 year old microwave to have been updated with more bells and whistles.

    This was to replace a new Samsung that failed. Best Buy took it back no questions asked. We bought this one instead. So far do good. Feels much better more sturdy. Works good.

    I had a Frigidaire 1.8cu otr earlier. It kept breaking the circuit and saw the same feedback from other ysers. So i decided to get a new LG when mine broke. It has Smart app and keep tracks of cooking times
