The microwave itself is very nice to look at. The big glass face makes it look much more higher-end and matches perfectly with the LG range that we bought along with it. We honestly don’t use our microwave for much other than heating up leftovers or softening butter on the fly but this unit is certainly much better than our previous microwave from a competing brand. Speaking of softening butter…this is the first microwave that we’ve ever owned that actually softens butter instead of turning it into a melted liquid. The sense cooking option does fantastic for reheating things too. Favorite feature is the smart connection with our range that turns on/off the lights and vent when we turn on/off the cooktop below.

Great look!… but the ring sound of the timer option is not my style. The little metal vents underneath the microwave seem to move and sometimes fall off the microwave. I like the lighting underneath the microwave. It’s been easy to clean.

I purchased an LG microwave. It is great, I love it.

I was very pleased about the appointment time. The delivery was on time, Kevin and Otto were very professional. Removed the old Microwave and installed the new one and showed me how to use it. I would recommend these guys for anything I needed to be done!!

LG is a good product. I find that this microwave cooks faster than my old Whirlpool model that I replaced. Not sure why but I have to keep an eye on it until I get used to it.

This has everything we wanted, and then some, but we didnt fet the high end model because reviews complained a lit about not being able to read the keypad in the dark. This one is the same. You have to turn the lights on to use it.

Very pleased with thin microwave oven. Even with the larger capacity it still heats quickly with the 1000 watt output. It also has a much improved touch pad control panel.

The microwave was just installed - I was not able to see one before purchasing since none were on display near me. I was appalled to find that the interior of the oven is dark gray and not white like every other microwave I have ever seen. Plus there are two little LED lights at the front of the oven that are so blindingly bright that I can't see inside the oven! I still have little green dots before my eyes from the brightness! Is there any way to shield these lights so I can see into the over? I am very disappointed and I have not even used it! The dark interior and the blinding lights may be a deal breaker.

Had a product failure with my original LG microwave after 15 months and received a replacement unit under an extended warranty. LG no longer makes the model I had, so I chose a similar model at the same price point as my original purchase. The difference between the old and new units is like "night and day." The new model is soooooo much better. The touch screen on the old unit required lots of finger pressure to operate... the new unit works with a gentle touch. It's like I purchased an upgraded unit... "well done LG."

Great over the range Microwave. Fits all my needs and looks great. The only issue think could be better is the mounting for the back. It got a little tricky to get the microwave lined up and on the two little mount points.

Love the microwave and the features that it has. Great product! The man that installed it was very friendly and professional!

I like this new LG Thin Q Over the Range Microwave especially the sensor cook feature and the menu for cook times all labeled when you open the door

Our home had a new low wattage microwave that i hated. This one is soo much better. Cooks everything quickly with intuitive controls snd stong vent for the stove.

The over the stove LG microwave is really nice, still getting to know its gadgets, but we’ll get there! Went online to figure some of the things out, but we would appreciate a written manual…a lot easier holding that, than a computer, hee, hee!
