My biggest complaint purchasing this was NOT BEING ABLE TO TALK TO THE STORE PERSONNEL when I was interested in buying it. NO LOCAL PHONE NUMBER!!!

I came across this LG. And the wife and I couldn’t be happier. I had BB install my microwave and that was a smooth process with scheduling and installing. If this microwave last longer than the old one, I call that a win in my book.

LG microwave newly purchased.

I have not had a chance to use it much yet, but I like all the options, and I like the design and layout of the keys. It is a good match with my LG range. I hope to write an updated review after using it more.

Best Buy took it back no questions asked. We bought this one instead. So far do good. Feels much better more sturdy. Works good.

It works great and has a musical tune when finished, instead of a bell or buzzer. I am not using it over a stove, so I don't have experience with the vent function. Ordered with three day free shipping and it arrived in two.

Exhaust fan function and noise are good. But, this sucker is very loud while actually microwaving. Very loud. Disappointing.

So far it's delivered exactly what I was expecting. Sharp finish, nice key shortcuts, works well. Not sure what the big benefits would be to syncing with wifi. I have not bothered with that. The display is nice. So far thumbs up.
