Not too difficult to install and works great! I would buy an LG again.

Great working Microwave. Been two years and still works like new

I chose this microwave as a replacement of my broken MWO. It was easy to install, not heavy, I was able to install it myself. It's easy to use and really cooks/heats up food real fast. Thumbs Up LG!

We’ve had the microwave for almost a year now and it has been great. Love all the reheat options. The biggest selling point was the glass touchscreen, my last microwave had plastic buttons and they cracked after a couple of years.

Our microwave broke down so we had to get one asap and this was a good choice!

Beautiful microwave - it looks so sleek and perfect mounted in my kitchen. It does a great job and is efficient and easy to clean. I also really love the little tune it plays when it finishes!

I have the microwave for a while now and i love it!! It's exactly whatvi wanted but the screw on top od the microwave was a little of set bit we just put a new hole in the cabinet. Other than that, good purchas

I purchased microwave to replace my old microwave because I trust the LG brand. I was not disappointed. It was easy to install, and it works perfectly. It's quiet and heats food quickly.

Product is excellent… delivery and installation was a nightmare. Once everything was coordinated the installer did a great job.

Wish It was white inside rather then gray. Wish light inside was brighter like the old LG that I had. Also, mailed /sent in the New LG Electronics Warranty Register card to have it returned to me AS UNABLE TO FORWARD.

Microwave so much better than last one. More functional than previous one. Has much better functionality. They are improving Products constantly however products not meant for longevity. My Samsung fridge bought late 2018:cratered. Unacceptable

The microwave is very stylish and has all the features we required. Not an overly loud microwave. Heats very well.

I was very pleased about the appointment time. The delivery was on time, Kevin and Otto were very professional. Removed the old Microwave and installed the new one and showed me how to use it. I would recommend these guys for anything I needed to be done!!

So far this microwave has been great! I have had no issues and it was easy to install. The vent on it is very strong and helps! Definitely recommend if you want a budget friendly microwave.

The microwave itself is very nice to look at. The big glass face makes it look much more higher-end and matches perfectly with the LG range that we bought along with it. We honestly don’t use our microwave for much other than heating up leftovers or softening butter on the fly but this unit is certainly much better than our previous microwave from a competing brand. Speaking of softening butter…this is the first microwave that we’ve ever owned that actually softens butter instead of turning it into a melted liquid. The sense cooking option does fantastic for reheating things too. Favorite feature is the smart connection with our range that turns on/off the lights and vent when we turn on/off the cooktop below.

So far it's great, but to early to tell reliability. Not less noisy than our GE microwave. Has neat chimes for finish and timer. Was able to use the existing bracket from the last two micro's. ( GE and Sears.) The sensor doesn't seem to work very well. The water got too hot and the popcorn only popped a few kernels and stopped. The stove light gets really warm, surprised it's not led and cool. Was supposed to get install and haul away. But they just dropped it off and didn't haul away the old microwave. Very disappointed in that. Tried to do a chat to set up haul away but they couldn't help me there. Paying a lot to be a total member and not seeing the benefits!!

Lvoe that I put an item in the microwave and all I have to do is tell what I'm cooking and it cooks it to the proper temperature. Bakede potatos never tasted so good.

Im loving this LG microwave. It has the turntable that I can turn off an on. It has two speed exhaust fan and two brightness of the light.

All the features seem to work as designed. Cook and defrost times are decent. Popcorn need a little extra time added. I like the 30 second button, which you can push to easily add a few extra seconds to anything. The fan has two settings, the highest one is a bit loud. The light feature underneath is useful. The little ditty it plays when finished might annoy some people, but I just think it sounds friendly instead of having an obnoxious buzzer or beep.
