Font size on panel should be larger and white color more bold for those that their vision requires reading glasses. I could easily read the words/numbers on old microwave without my reading glasses.

It cooks food predictably and evenly, and most of the buttons are intuitive. I wish they were a little better marked and/or color coded, because they're a bit hard to read in low light. I'm not a fan of the little musical ditty that play when the food is ready. But it is a handsome unit that is functioning well.

Love the LG ThinQ app to control the exhaust, light and even the clock setting. This one looks smaller than our old one. Hoping its durability holds up.

It was difficult waiting for this one to be installed. Installation went quickly and it functions flawlessly.

Over-the-Range Microwave didn't meet your expectations regarding the noise level during operation. We understand your inquiry regarding the sound of the unit while cooking. To help minimize noise, we recommend checking that the turntable is correctly aligned on its ring and that the vent fan is set to a lower speed if it is currently on high.

Had loose door problems with old unit; but this LG door is firm, latches and releases easily. Installer did efficient and fast install.

I previously only purchased GE appliances but my last GE microwave died and was replaced three times in a year and a half. This LG unit works great and was less than $250. I really love the finish looks high quality and shows no fingerprints
