I've only had this microwave for about 2 months, but so far so good! Works great, especially the sensor feature, reheats to perfection. Takes a while to get used to the buttons but that is expected. I had an LG microwave before this one and it lasted 10 years, so hoping this one will be the same!

I bought a lg microwave a few years back from Best Buy-and loved it. I decided to try another lg microwave. This one has lots of features, that once I figured out were pretty neat. I like the app, and the troubleshooting part of the app. It’s all good, and if I have to call for help they are informative, which I did when I first got it.

I love my microwave. The +30 quick button is the best. most of the time 30 seconds is all you need. easy to use and looks great

Old unit died unexpectedly, found this LG highly rated in CR publication. Installed it by myself rather easily. Family is enjoying how well the new microwave works, and it seems to perform much better than the old one. It also has 'fun' sounds to notify you when the food is getting ready to be finished with cooking, etc. So far so good, hope it losts a long while.

The microwave fit correctly into the space provided. The features and the open space is terrific! It was well worth the money spent. I would recommend this product !!

Cooks evenly and quickly. Easy to use. Only complaints are the lack of ability to silence the beeping when cooking is complete. And it sounds like a turbo boosted jet engine when it’s cooking. Like, why?!

This is so much better than the GE microwave we got rid of. It cooks fast, is easy to operate and has a pleasant sound notification. So far we love it.

This microwave is an absolute must in any kitchen. I intentionally waited 30 days to submit a review in order to have a good understanding of the product. The features and options for cooking/reheating seem endless. It also is easy to keep clean. I have found myself using the smart functions more than anticipated because of how wonderful the product works.

Great looking microwave and has excellent function options. Also plays an interesting tune when the timer is complete.

So far have had the microwave for over 4 months. I find myself using the Sensor feature more than anything, it heats up beverages and left over food to perfect temperature. Really can't complain, the light setting is useful and ventilation is decent.

Solid microwave. Nice look. Features work well, but admittedly we use only a fraction of them. Nothing to complain about.

So I got this microwave to replace a Bosch unit that came with my house. Something shorted in the Bosch and I wasn’t confident I could fix it. After I installed this LG microwave, I discovered the ventilation system was basically useless. Ventilation is pretty important for my family, so I decided to try to fix the Bosch. The Bosch was the first over range microwave I’ve used where the ventilation system actually did something. The Bosch also costs twice as much as this LG for some reason. Even after taking the Bosch apart I couldn’t understand the price difference. The Bosch even has a circuit board with Midea printed on it. Anyways, I ended up fixing the Bosch and returning the LG. Another (maybe) minor issue about the LG is that the light for the range is pretty useless and gets hot. It’s hot enough to burn you if you accidentally touch it; hot enough to warm up the microwave chamber above it.

We purchased this microwave about a week and so far we love it. Looks super modern and runs super well! Recommend to anyone who needs a microwave!

This microwave is very nice and slim and is pretty quiet. I would definitely recommend this product.
