    Arrived a couple days sooner than expected. Packaging was horrible. The bottom of the box had already been cut all the way around it as if it had already been opened. I had to turn the unit on it's side to be able to get in the door and up the stairs, or it would have fallen out. I have had the unit a month and I will honestly say my cheaper $300 unit cooled my room better than this more expensive one. Truly disappointed.

    Works well for the money, covers a medium sized room. We use two of these to cover 750 sq ft.

    Best portable A/C. Cooling the room fast. Functions are fine. Phone App is complicated and is not good for practical use.

    We used this AC unit for 2-3 weeks before returning it. Honestly, it did not cool down our 500sq foot room as well as we'd hoped. It's also pretty loud as well. We ended up swapping it for an LG in wall unit that's working much better than a this portable unit did. However, I did like the wifi options, it was a nice touch.

    First - false advertisement. I received 10,000 BTU. I was afraid that I'd received defective item as some reviewers had experienced. Perhaps it was during the delivery period for becoming damaged. I wasn't aware that I had less than 30 days to request a refund or return the item. I ordered the item 5/24. I didn't set it up immediately because it wasn't hot yet. I finally set it up a week ago because I wanted to make sure I was under 30 days for return if it was malfunctioning. It's not working the way it should. AC cool air isn't cold enough - it feels like a fan. I had it on for 45mins, it wasn't hot day. My room was under 75 degrees. It didn't cool the room nor the close approximity cold. Also, it wasn't quiet. I could hear buzzing/rattling. Upon contacting Geek Squad since I purchased it, they told me to contact the manufacturer to diagnose the problem. LG is sending a technician. After thinking about it, I don't want them to "fix" it, I want it to be replaced with a new one that works since I received a broken item. Best Buy is telling me I missed the return period and they can't replace it with a new one. Customer service wasn't good. Incompetent. As said, Geek Squad didn't want to check what they could do to resolve the issue even though I have coverage. Don't buy it from here. Hopefully, LG will replace it with a new one if they have a diagnosis rather than "fixing" it.

    Having trouble keeping the temperature from staying at the number I set it at. It continues to cool several degrees below that.

    The model number and description is misleading. A 10,000 btu was sent instead. so paying more for less!!

    Excellent AC, But Wi-fi only for 2.4 GHZ not 5 GHZ. Quite enough for first speed. Beautiful design.

    DO NOT BUY THIS FROM BEST BUY. The first one they delivered was in a shattered box, and appeared damaged. Was asked to transport damaged Replacement was just as bad and missing remote. AI Chatbot totally incapable of responding to request — all I wanted was a remote and user manual, since clearly BB shipper had dropped the container.
