    Works very well, its easy to operate. It’s not too loud and is particularly quiet on sleep mode. i really like sleep mode.

    arrived damaged and box destroyed Best Buy was miserable to work with on picking up and replacing.... NEVER AGAIN

    DO NOT BUY!!!! THIS ITEM IS JUNK!!! The first unit we got was broken right out of the box. They sent us a replacement unit; the original one went to the junk yard (terrible!!!). Just over a year later the product is out of warranty and it breaks. No cold air. To get it serviced I have to physically bring it to a facility far away (mind you it is heavy). I have to pay $90 dollars just for the inspection and repairs will be on top of that (1/5 of what I paid for it). Insult on top of injury, it has to sit at the facility for 1 month just to have someone look at it!! It’s August!!! This unit is junk!!!

    This is ridiculous. I tried to order this twice each time it was available on the website after some time both orders were canceled to do item delay. If it’s not available don’t have it on your website.
