I bought the LG to try with a Vizio unit that I was moving to a finished basement. At the same time I bought the sound bar, we also bought a new Samsung TV for the family room. The LG didn't do much for the Vizio. The Vizio 36 inch was not a Smart TV. We tried the LG out on the new Samsung and we got much better sound than we had on the regular Samsung. I'm not sure what it says about the twin 10 watt speakers in the Samsung, but we like the much clearer sound we get from the LG sound bar. We are quite happy we bought the LG. It was not a lot of money, and it paid back quite nicely with enhanced sound.

Sound is good. Base could be stronger. The sound bar is good for its size .Good for a small room

Easy to set up and greatly enhances the sound from my TV in my work-0ut area. Tinny sounding TV speakers were just not enough sound depth.

The sound bar works well with my LG television. The sound is excnellent. It was easy to set up. More detailed internet guide to set up would have been very helpful.

Good for a sound booster (no base). If your looking for theater sound this is not the one to purchase.

Sound bar is perfect size and sounds great. Arrived quickly. Only negative is the box was not in another box and the sound bar was sitting on my front porch for all to see.

Good sound and looks great. Fits perfect under my Gaming desk and sounds awesome under there. Purchased during black friday sales so it was definitely worth the $70 I spent on it. If you want it really loud I would go with a bigger bar though.

Seems to be fine. Two things that were better with previous bar were first it showed thelevel of sound on the screen when I changed the sound up or down. This one doesnt. Second I have to use the tv remote to put the tv on and off. Previously I was able to just use my cable remote.

I bought this to connect to my projector for movies and it works. I chose this model because it accepts a 3.5mm audio cable; very few soundbars accept that and it was my only option that worked with my setup. I would give it a 5 except I would like for the volume to be louder. I turned it up on every component involved (Surface tablet, projector, and soundbar) and barely got good volume. This is definitely not the soundbar for cranking up a thunderous movie, but it's good for all around movie watching.

Excellent sound and quality. We use it in our master bedroom and it exceeds expectations. Highly recommend. Very thin design and length allows it to fit on top of chest of drawers under a wall mounted tv with plenty of room to spare.

Easy set-up, my only complaint is the optical cable falls out a little too easily.

Been using this for over a month. So far I'm liking it. I turn down the volume on the TV to 0 so all the sound comes from tbe sound bar. The bass is not real noticeable until you turn it up but it sounds good even at lower levels. The bass is there but not overpowering. The one thing i wish it had was a visual representation of the volume level. Like a number. There is only what you hear. Liking it though.

I don’t have anything to compare it to but it sounds good. Lacks bass but it’s loud and clear. I’d recommend if you just want to have louder speakers to hear.

Great quality for the small price. Bluetooth is lossless and will not lag behind the content you watch on your pc

This is a great enhancement over the built in tv speakers. Also it is Bluetooth enabled so you can play music from your phone etc. over the speaker.

Speaker seems to put out good sound for not having a subwoofer. Not bad for those on a budget.

It's a cute little sound bar which produces good amount of sound for the cost. The bass from the sound bar is good for the amount we paid for and a very good device if you have less sound from your tv. It can act as a portable speaker as well. User friendly setup makes it a hit!!

I have been using the new soundbar for about a month now, connected to my 43 inch LG UHD tv. I elected to buy the 4' Rocketfish Toslink optical audio cable to connect the soundbar to the tv, as it is a more robust cable than the one supplied with the soundbar. The sound is improved over that produced by the tv alone. You can definitely generate more volume and presence with the soundbar. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I love this, it took away the distorted sound I had with my tv. Best part was the fact that the tv can control the volume of the bar. I have a Roku stick and the remote is only programmable to the tv, so I was disappointed when I thought I was going to need to use too remotes, one for the volume and one for the Roku. Super excited when I found out that the remote ended up changing the volume of the sound bar through the tv. Only reason four stars is because I wish it was one that eventually you could pair/add more speakers to it.

Bought on sale and with rewards, so was about half the regular price. Connected via optical cable that was included to a HiSense TV also purchased at Best Buy. Set up was easy. Using in a master bedroom, so didn't need anything overly fancy. Just wanted to supplement the TV speakers.
