The LG microwave we now have at several locations. Hope they keep working like the others. Small church kitchen, and it does the trick.

Like the roomy interior. LG is not my favorite brand as I have heard so many people with issues after a short time. Bought this to replace a LG microwave I purchased only 6 years ago-nothing lasts long these days. Was looking for 1200 watts and what would fit my space. Found this in the scratch & dent area for a good price, still in its original box.

The microwave is great and works as expected. My only negatives relate to the alert, when cooking is completed. It is very low and does not last long enough. It would be nice if it continued to beep for a couple of minutes if the door is not opened.

It works great. I use it every day for warming food and defrosting meat. I'm glad I found this one instead of the one I came to buy.

One day our microwave worked and the next it didn't accompanied with the classic dying microwave smell so I had to find one pretty quickly. I knew I wanted a larger one that our previous 1.6 Cu unit and at least rated equal to or higher than our 1000w unit. While searching, this one not only popped up that fit the bill but was open box excellent new and local for an absolutely fantastic price, so off I went to scoop it up. Unit was basically brand new. The box had just clearly went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson in his prime and it showed but all the contents were fine. Setup was straight forward and it works well enough. It definitely heats things up quicker than our old Panasonic but there are three glaring issues that cost it two stars: #1. The touchpad is incredibly finicky. You have to touch the buttons just right and softly to get it to work. We find ourselves sometimes striking a button more than once. Once you start to get the hang of it, it is easier but still a problem. #2. The door open mechanism has some type of safety on the side button that must be pushed in and only then can you push the front to open the door. For someone who is right handed it is irritating. For someone who is left handed like myself, it is basically impossible. This is the first microwave I've encountered that is not lefty friendly. #3. Non lit keypad and the way it is designed, in dim lighting you can't really make out anything. Couple a finicky keypad with poor lettering in lower light levels and you will be fumbling around. Besides that, it has been getting the job done. Some reviews are saying these are dying after a few years so we shall see.

Great Microwave! Works as it should be, compact, so it does not take up much space.

I have been using this for a while now. What I have found is that the control buttons are finicky. You also need the user manual because the control panel does not tell you what the option is that you are choosing. Without the manual it is a guessing game. It works easily enough for simple things like cooking something full power for 1 minute. It you want to use any other function you need the manual. If I had known all of this before I purchased it, I probably would have made another choice.

The oven worked well but only lasted for about two years. It just stopped heating. The onboard Smart diagnostic did not detect a problem. The only part LG covers for longer than two years is the magnetron. I decided to have it replaced. LG covers the part but not the labor. I was quoted $256 for a house call by repairman. I told LG I paid less for the microwave than parts and labor would cost; asked for a replacement. They said tough luck.

The LG Microwave is far better than the last couple I have had. It cooks great, used just to warm is great, just is a workhorse. The only thing I would like to see is a lighted keypad. Tough to see in without direct light. Having said that, would definitely recommend!

I love this microwave. It ihas a bright roomy interior. The timer chime is pleasant non irritating. It is great at evenly heating the food.

Nice Microwave, looks great, with good power. The only negative is the keypad that needs to be backlit. It's entirely too dark and in an environment that is not well lit, the keypad is impossible to use.
