We really like our new LG countertop Microwave with sensor cooking and smart inverter. The only thing I don't like about it is the chimes for when the cooking time is done and the chimes for pressing the time for cooking. They aren't very loud so it can be hard to hear when the cooking is done. I'm a senior and I wear hearing aides so it is even more difficult to hear them. I don't put things in the microwave and not pay attention and don't leave the area so it's not too bad but could be for someone who roams the house.

I had my old LG microwave for over 10 years before it stopped working. I trust LG products. That's why I bought a new LG microwave.

Plugged in, put food in to re-heat, food got hot, didn't need instructions to use. Beware, it's really big though. Cook a whole big bird if you want.

This replaced a much smaller one we had. This one fit perfectly in the opening. My family loves all of the features. Glad I was able to disengage the child lock. Not needed in this home but great for families with small children. This is coming from a nurse who works in a burn picu. Overall great microwave. I didn’t give it a full 5 because the door swings shut while you are retrieving your food.
