It somehow does not work and is out of warranty. When I went on LG’s site to schedule a repair. The flat rate to repair this trash microwave is $349.00. Why would I pay that when I bought it for $249????? Insanity……

There is documentation in the manual on how to turn off the open lockout button, which is helpful if you have any hand strength issues.

Works great.
