Works great, I'm very happy! Easy install, easy to use, no problems!

My new microwave has been very easy to use and get used to although I had been without using one for about a year. Instructions provided were easy to understand. I am very pleased.

I bought this microwave to replace my old one that was getting old and making what I would call ‘not good’ noises. This microwave is more powerful and a little larger than my old microwave. It is the nicest one I’ve ever had. It heats up food and liquids pretty fast and it’s a good size. I highly recommend this model.

I bought my new microwave open box it looks perfectly awesome works great, and gives you a sweet tune at the end of each use.

Bought this for a kitchen renovation after reading the high reviews both online and from Consumer Reports. The performance is great, even cooking slightly faster than our previous microwave. I appreciate the larger capacity, especially the height that many other microwave lack. The optional child lock is a nice feature to keep our small kids out of it.

Definitely not a fan of LG products, We bought an entire kitchen package from another retailer less than six years ago. After 13 months the control panel on the dishwasher went out and had to replace the panel, $200 plus I did the replacement, about 8 months later electric stove went out, $800 to repair, bought a different brand stove. Microwave is built into the cabinets, and requires a trim kit that is almost as expensive as the microwave. First microwave went out in less than 3 years, bought another one just like it, to prevent buying another trim kit. It lasted until about 3 weeks ago, control panel again, cost of control panel with me doing the labor was about $30 less than buying another microwave. Remember the microwave needed to fit the cabinet, and I didn't want to buy an another trim kit, as this microwave had been discontinued, but COINCIDENTLY LG had this newer model which was the exactly same size as the old one, so as to not have to buy another trim kit I had to get this one., Didn't want LG but the only option was LG. Keep in mind that all of these appliances are in the upper end of LG products line. Oh another thing, the refrigerator has two doors, one of them has a small plastic button to release the door latch, the button came out due to one of the connectors breaking. Checked on a new button, have to buy an entire new door handle assembly $130.00 just for the part. this button just clips in to place and should cost no more than $5.00, but you have to buy the whole handle assembly. Super glue fixed the problem. They use cheap plastic parts. We have never abused any of these items, and our children are all grown.

Bought this to replace a built-in microwave that failed. Very happy so far. Simple keypad without unnecessary options. Cooks well, reheats effectively. Looks good in the space. SS option blends with other appliances and is easy to clean.

Works wonderful. Better than it’s predecessor in the same brand. Aesthetics is superior and looks great inside and out.

It's a very nice microwave, a little bit more spacious than my previous one, but not as hot under the same setting.

Big inside, enough power to warm up everything in seconds. It has little button on the side of the door (have to press down to open )for child safety. I have no complain about the product.

So far it seems good for the price. It is much lighter than the older microwave that it replaced. The voice level is also a little less than the older one and seems to heat faster and more evenly. Con: the control panel is very difficult to see. I did purchase the 3 yr. extended warranty offered.

When I went to buy my iPad we also bought a Microwave the first one I bought when I got it home wasn't really what I wanted so I returned it the next day and everyone was very helpful and exchanged it for the one that was better I love your store and your servixe staff there was no issues at all with returning it. thanks again for your friendly and helpful staff

This a large oven that is super quiet and works great. You can store a large turkey pet several boxes of pizza. Great price too!

Wonderful microwave!!! However, I am not crazy about the button on the side. The button makes it harder to open for adults.

works great. popcorn smart setting works great. looks great. extra space is great - was able to reheat a casserole in the pyrex plate. hopefully this unit lasts.
