It's so spacious, never have a problem fitting anything into it. It is amazing when it comes to defrosting and reheating, rarely have icy middles. I also love the cute chimes it makes. And when it's done, it makes a melodic "ding dong" that my toddler loves to imitate. I am hearing impaired. That being said, I was told that microwave noises are meant to be quieter due to widespread customer feedback but if I'm in the next room with the TV on, I can't hear it. Wish there was a way to customize the volume to make it just a little bit louder. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Huge! Looks good. Warms food up well. Easy to clean. A solid machine. Wanted a Samsung but they didnt have countertop types, so i got LG. My second brand to get.

Had an LG Microwave that died after 9 years...Replaced it with this one, does everything as advertised, The sensor cooking is great. Would buy it again...

Old unit (same make/model) died after 10+ years. Repair cost would have been more than half a new one, so went with new. Comparable unit, comparable performance. Only gripe is the musical finish tones are much quieter and hard to pick up if not in the kitchen with it.

We are very happy to use this microwave...The door open with child safety feature is a big plus...Very easy to use and quite big to handle all needs...

This sleek and perfect size microwave fit in with all our other kitchen appliances. The functions on the microwave meet all our expectation and I would recommend this product.

You can silence all the beeps, easy touchscreen, easy open and pretty big so you can put decent size dishes in there to heat up your food pizza real fast and power levels are easy to use

My LG microwave is really nice. Controls are intuitive, it is quiet and easy to clean. LG always delivers great products and this microwave is no exception. I highly recommend it.

Looks and works great. Heats things up very quickly and is very easy to use. Only thing to keep in mind is you need to use to fingers to open the door to prevent the open wearing out

Read the book to turn the side screw to take childproof off… great size and quiet as a mouse … it does interfere with my WiFi Amazon Alexa app.. every time I run it the music playing through the house turns off.. no way to disable WiFi in the app that I found. Online says to move the Alexa to another place in the house… um, no, make it easier to disable the microwave WiFi, I do not need to warm my food up using my smart phone… doh

Love this microwave and the simplicity of usage. This is the second LG I have purchased. I had my previous one for over 10 years.
