Purchased this as a replacement for a built-in that stopped working. The trim kit costs as much as the microwave which was surprising. This microwave is large and works really well, no operational issues. It is a bit if a fingerprint magnet.

Overall this version is much better than the previous year version. They finally changed the opening button. No issues yet. Fingers cross. Does everything well. Heats up the basic items quickly. Good microwave for the price. Only problem or issue was the button not working properly.

I bought this item to replace my old Panasonic microwave for two basic reasons: it would hold a13x9 inch baking dish and it saved me about $100 vs. a replacement. Also, I have had good luck with LG purchases in the past. I gave it four stars only because it requires a bit more time to cook items (1200 vs. 1250 watts), poorly illuminated controls, non-intuitive controls, and a tinny sound to the door closure. All in all it does what it does what it should.

I recently purchased the LG 2.0 cu ft. countertop microwave with sensor cooking and smart inverter technology, and while I was initially excited about its features, I ultimately decided to return it. Let's start with the positives: this microwave has a sleek design and a spacious interior that can easily accommodate larger dishes. The smart inverter technology allows for even cooking and reheating, which I found to be quite effective, especially for delicate foods. The sensor cooking feature was also a great addition, adjusting cooking times based on the moisture in the food, which took the guesswork out of reheating leftovers. However, my main issue with the microwave, which ultimately led to my return, was the side-opening feature. I didn’t like how it opened from the side rather than the front, which made it inconvenient for my kitchen layout. I found it difficult to access and use in my limited counter space, and it made the overall experience less user-friendly. Overall, while this microwave has excellent technology and performance, the unconventional opening feature did not work for me personally. If side-opening microwaves suit your kitchen setup, this could be a great choice, but for me, it just wasn’t a fit.

I had one just like it back in 2012, Loved it! I was surprised it was still available on the market! Not only does the big jobs but also beverages too! has a feature for Sensor Reheat on meals! I'd recommend this model to any one looking for cooking their favorite meals in a quick time!

I am very pleased with our new microwave! It is very quiet and the inside is massive to handle large bulky dishware. The sensor heat works great as well. It also looks sleek on the counter. There is a nice feature to lock the handle to open the microwave if you need to worry about that but for us, we don’t, and it’s nice that we can keep it unlocked at all times. I would highly recommend this microwave!

We're used to cheap $50 microwaves and had no idea what a difference in quality there actually was. This LG in particular is so quiet that I can barely tell it's running and the unit itself is well balanced. There's no sliding when you press to door button and the interface is intuitive. I have yet to try out the air fryer option, but something tells me I won't be disappointed.

Love the size of this microwave. It is bigger than my last microwave.
