Works well. Fits perfectly in my space. I was even able to use the previous trim kit from my old Kenmore microwave.

Ordered an Open box (Excellent condition) item and I see huge dent on the side. Here is what Best buy policy says "Excellent. Products in Excellent condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts and accessories (or a suitable replacement). The product will be in its original box (or a suitable replacement). Products in Excellent condition can be found in Best Buy stores and online." I did speak to their customer service and they say that I can return the item. Why do I need to waste my time packing everything and carrying it all the way to return the item? This is ridiculous, they should at least replace the item (deliver and pickup the old one) with another one of the same condition as described. I will never trust best buy for open box items in future.

Was bought open box "excellent condition" was delivered with a huge dent on the side and front, customer service was rude, store allows no call ins and i was repeatedly hung up on. Veryyyy disappointed in Bestbuy and their quality of care.

I bought it in September 2022, and by March 2025, the microwave stopped heating food. It's a great microwave if yours works! I'd recommend getting extra coverage if you buy one.

Overall, this LG 2.0 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cooking and Smart Inverter is excellent—sleek design, powerful performance, and intuitive features. Everything works great! The only issue is the child safety lock: because of our built-in cabinets, it's hard to push both the side and front simultaneously to activate it. Otherwise, a solid appliance. Just purchased, so it's a bit early to give it a full 5 stars.

This is a large microwave. The touch buttons only respond to soft touch so if you push them as you would normally it won’t work. The inside is beautiful gray and very easy to keep clean. It also has more room inside than any other I’ve seen this size and it fits closer to the wall . The power is good but I don’t like that I can’t just touch a number for quick heat, like press 2 and get a quick start for 2 minutes. It plays a song instead of being when it’s done , which I like. It has a few extra features I haven’t used yet but so far I lm very happy with it. I recommend it!

Excellent look, large turn table for my cooking needs. Very easy to operate. I love the pleasant chiming noise during its operation. I would recommend buying it. It definitely needs a large space because of its size (2 Cubic Feet).

Our 30 year old microwave stopped working and I was looking for a new one about the same size. This one looks great. Even though the overall size is about the same, the internal capacity is significant bigger (2.0 new vs 1.5 old CF). It is also easy to use. We like it a lot. Hope it will last.

This is a great microwave for the office -- nice and large, intuitive to use, pleasant little LG alarm soft tone. At first, the child safety release kinda threw us for a loop and then we looked at the user guide and saw it involved as simple turn of a screw (wish we would have had a hidden camera for everyone who struggled to figure out how to open it)!

Best microwave I bought. Perfect size perfect color. Easy to operate. Love the features like Child protection lock. You can easily lock it so a child can’t open it with turn of a screw driver. Warms up food perfectly. When it comes to popcorn all my old microwave use to burn a little when you hit the popcorn mode this LG comes out great. Definitely worth & recommending to a person looking into buying a microwave that doesn’t want to buy 1 for atleast 5 years or so.

Overall a decent microwave. The microwave size is good enough to use different types of containers. It quickly heats up the food. Lookwise also is modern. The only thing which dont like is that the door makes noise when closing and the push button to open it. I hope the button its sturdy enough to last long.

Nice unit that is easy to install (in cabinet) and use with quite operation. Downside is not having finger proof control display.

I recently purchased the LG 2.0 cu ft. countertop microwave with sensor cooking and smart inverter technology, and while I was initially excited about its features, I ultimately decided to return it. The smart inverter technology allows for even cooking and reheating, which I found to be quite effective, especially for delicate foods. The sensor cooking feature was also a great addition, adjusting cooking times based on the moisture in the food, which took the guesswork out of reheating leftovers. However, my main issue with the microwave, which ultimately led to my return, was the side-opening feature. I didn’t like how it opened from the side rather than the front, which made it inconvenient for my kitchen layout. I found it difficult to access and use in my limited counter space, and it made the overall experience less user-friendly. Overall, while this microwave has excellent technology and performance, the unconventional opening feature did not work for me personally. If side-opening microwaves suit your kitchen setup, this could be a great choice, but for me, it just wasn’t a fit.

The sensor cook and sensor reheat are amazingly accurate. One touch buttons are not missed. Getting items cooked right the first time offsets the extra couple of seconds needed without one touch. This microwave is fractionally larger that the one it replaced, but the capacity is 0.5 cu ft larger (so roomy). The only thing that could be better is the trim kit - a stainless steel trim kit would not work in our kitchen. We had to improvise.
