Also purchased the trim piece and it fits perfectly. I do wish it had more preset controls. I miss the beverage and popcorn function of my GE microwave. I’ll get used to this one.

Performs exactly as it states open the manufacturer. Cooks faster and more is thoroughly. It also saves energy and uses less water than my old one.

It works well and has upgraded features. One thing I don’t like about this one is that after 2 months, it still produces a burning electronics type of smell when it’s running. It’s understandable that ther’s a “burn-in” period but this has lasted too long. Otherwise, it works well.

We maintained it according to the manual, but after 14 months of daily use, it quit working. It no longer heats anything up. Not work the $260 price tag on it. I didn't buy the protection plan because I figured a microwave that expensive would continue to work after the warranty was up. Never buying an LG microwave again.
