I picked up this LG microwave curbside & never had seen it in person before purchasing. This is the best microwave we have had. It is easy to use & the biggest one too. I can place several items in at once without have to heat certain foods in an assembly line. It does take up a lot of space, but I don't mind since it performs so well. Curbside pick up was a breeze & very helpful. Cindy

The LG television I purchased is a great medium size bedroom tv that works really well . Great picture and sound quality. It would work very well anywhere in your choice of placement I would rate it a five star tv in both picture and sound. It doesn’t break the bank to buy this one!

It's working great. It is very efficient and quiet.

Spacious microwave. Big enough for frozen pizzas if needed. Default safety features a lock on the door. Has the option of disabling this to open traditionally if needed. Touch buttons are sometimes not very sensitive to the touch. Not sure if it is my user error so I have to be very intentional about my pressing of the start and stop.

I love the quietness of this microwave. It is a large unit and I thought it would be louder… even the alert chimes are quiet!

the microwave functions very well. Large and holds those big glassware items for our get togethers. Opening the door is a two handed operation as you need to push the release button on the side to press the open door button. Safety feature - but probably easier for the kids to figure out than the adults when they first try and open the door.

Looks and works great. Heats things up very quickly and is very easy to use. Only thing to keep in mind is you need to use to fingers to open the door to prevent the open wearing out

Definitely not a fan of LG products, We bought an entire kitchen package from another retailer less than six years ago. After 13 months the control panel on the dishwasher went out and had to replace the panel, $200 plus I did the replacement, about 8 months later electric stove went out, $800 to repair, bought a different brand stove. Microwave is built into the cabinets, and requires a trim kit that is almost as expensive as the microwave. First microwave went out in less than 3 years, bought another one just like it, to prevent buying another trim kit. It lasted until about 3 weeks ago, control panel again, cost of control panel with me doing the labor was about $30 less than buying another microwave. Remember the microwave needed to fit the cabinet, and I didn't want to buy an another trim kit, as this microwave had been discontinued, but COINCIDENTLY LG had this newer model which was the exactly same size as the old one, so as to not have to buy another trim kit I had to get this one., Didn't want LG but the only option was LG. Keep in mind that all of these appliances are in the upper end of LG products line. Oh another thing, the refrigerator has two doors, one of them has a small plastic button to release the door latch, the button came out due to one of the connectors breaking. Checked on a new button, have to buy an entire new door handle assembly $130.00 just for the part. this button just clips in to place and should cost no more than $5.00, but you have to buy the whole handle assembly. Super glue fixed the problem. They use cheap plastic parts. We have never abused any of these items, and our children are all grown.

Fits perfectly with the front skirt replacing an old GE microwave. Sensor cooking options are a nice feature

Works wonderful. Better than it’s predecessor in the same brand. Aesthetics is superior and looks great inside and out.

Old unit (same make/model) died after 10+ years. Repair cost would have been more than half a new one, so went with new. Comparable unit, comparable performance. Only gripe is the musical finish tones are much quieter and hard to pick up if not in the kitchen with it.

It's a very nice microwave, a little bit more spacious than my previous one, but not as hot under the same setting.

This microwave is HUGE and works so well. If I'm heating up...let's say 2 tv dinners? Plenty of room to fit them in and heats them almost perfectly. (Obviously, the recommended time is only for 1, so that's a dub!) I'm so happy we upgraded from our overly old microwave!

Read the book to turn the side screw to take childproof off… great size and quiet as a mouse … it does interfere with my WiFi Amazon Alexa app.. every time I run it the music playing through the house turns off.. no way to disable WiFi in the app that I found. Online says to move the Alexa to another place in the house… um, no, make it easier to disable the microwave WiFi, I do not need to warm my food up using my smart phone… doh
