The microwave I desired was out of stock and not available to order. I selected another one and it was more expensive. The unit works as well as any I have purchased in the past.

The best! It’s so modern and pretty, while also working very well. It heat the food pretty evenly. Comparing to the one I bought a year ago from another well known brand, this one is much better. Also like the fact the beeping sound for completion is not that loud and annoying. Enjoyed it a lot overall

Looks and works great. Heats things up very quickly and is very easy to use. Only thing to keep in mind is you need to use to fingers to open the door to prevent the open wearing out

Bought this for an office space and it works great! The sounds from LG products are always so happy-sounding. No issues.

This unit delivers with easy touchpad settings and great interior volume for cooking or warming large meals. it runs quietly and the jingle at the end of a heating cycle is non-intrusive. The door release is the only negative: its still loud, somewhat "klunky" just like the predecessor model. All in all, a good purchase and recommended.

I had a very old microwave and upgraded to this one and man what have I been missed?

Quiet, efficient microwave, great value My Best Buy store did not have the trim kit. I was advised to have a custom one made...um, nope! I went on Amazon and got the LG trim kit for half of the cost of the LG trim kit advertised on the BestBuy site. That saved me over $200!

I love this microwave so much I bought it twice I had the first one for 7 years.

Pleased with the shape of the interior (somewhat rounded in back) and the space for large dishes to revolve without getting caught, The exterior looks very nice and the alert sounds are pleasant and soothing. Be aware this is a large microwave and takes up space.

I don't like the touchscreen buttons, but overall, it's a great microwave. Does everything I need and looks great doing it!

Very good product with good features at a good price

Great unit. Quick and powerful as well as quiet. While zppreciate the safety button on side, bit of a nuisance st times when trying to open when hands are full!

Microwave works great and was a really good price. The sales person who helped me with the perches was very professional. Actually he was the same sales rep that helped my wife and I buy a TV and once again was very informative as far as what TV to buy. I'm am totally satisfied with both perches and would recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for any kind of appliance.
