The only glitch is adjusting to opening the child safety lock door and trying not to break a nail! Lol

What I have found is that the control buttons are finicky. You also need the user manual because the control panel does not tell you what the option is that you are choosing. Without the manual it is a guessing game. It works easily enough for simple things like cooking something full power for 1 minute. It you want to use any other function you need the manual. If I had known all of this before I purchased it, I probably would have made another choice.

The only negative is the keypad that needs to be backlit. It's entirely too dark and in an environment that is not well lit, the keypad is impossible to use.

The onboard Smart diagnostic did not detect a problem. The only part LG covers for longer than two years is the magnetron. I decided to have it replaced. LG covers the part but not the labor. I was quoted $256 for a house call by repairman. I told LG I paid less for the microwave than parts and labor would cost; asked for a replacement. They said tough luck.
