    We got this to replace a framed in / built in unit that was a combination microwave and convection oven for 25 years. We never used the convection oven feature. It fit the hole perfectly, with a small gap you don't notice. This has much more power, and heats evenly. What we miss are the programming features that we used for cooking steel-cut oats or baked potatoes.

    This is a great microwave but the new model has a button on the side that you have to push to open the door. Because my place for the microwave was inside a cabinet enclosure, I could not use the new model. But my older model without the button is wonderful.
