    VERY POOR BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I am unable to review this item as we found it severely damaged when unboxed at home. When purchased, the box was crushed on one corner and when we checked out, we asked for permission to open the box to determine any flaws in the product. This was denied by the cashier. We then asked to see a manager. The cashier phoned the manager, and they declined to come to the register. We were forced to return the product the next day, and it is over a 100-mile roundtrip. VERY DISATISIFIED WITH BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Not best is ok.lg brand is cheap brand because lot people complaining about all appliances.

    Purchased September 9th,2025. Had to send it back October 5th, 2025. The mica (cardboard)thing start to fry. Looked like a thunderstorm was happening in side it. Thank goodness for total tech membership.

    Although I appreciate some of the features, the notification sound is so low you have to stand next to the microwave to hear it. I went through the manual, googled it and contacted LG. Only after excessive time on chat with LG did they concede the volume could not be adjusted. By then it was two weeks later. I am not a Happy Camper.

    I had the previous model which lasted about 4 years. I buy this one just cause i believe it wasn't that bad, but this one breaks within a few months.

    Loved it for the first three months then it make a buzzing/cracking noise and stopped working. Contacted geek squad, since I purchased a 4 year geek squad warranty, only to be told that I couldn’t use it because the first 12 months is covered by LG.

    Love my new microwave oven. Food heats quickly and evenly. Microwave is simple to operate. I especially like the two step mechanism that prevents opening of the door accidentally by children.

    That release button on the side of this machine is a real nuisance. Why on earth should you have to press this button first, before pressing the main square release on the front. Never known a machine before that does this. Also, cannot just select say 5 minutes cook. You have to press cancel at the bottom. Then is asks what Food… I don’t like this expensive machine at all… ZERO STARS ..
