If the unit is not powering on or has stopped heating, we recommend: Checking that the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet.
Ensuring there’s no tripped circuit breaker that might be preventing the microwave from turning on.

We like the look, size and functionalities of our microwave. We also got a really good price.

This has a nice safety lock on the side of the push button which I'm sure is beneficial for parents of curious kids. Hearts food quickly and thoroughly. I also like that instead of that beeping that most do when something is finished, this one has a cute musical chime that's not annoying. The only thing i didn't like which had nothing to do with the product, but the service was the delivery. It came 2 days early via a third party. My job was closed so we couldn't get it and instead of a second attempt that just canceled order and sent it back. It was annoying trying to reorder.

I decided to spend a little extra money (which it was not that expensive anyways ) and get one that was quality and would last a long time. I did alot of research before I chose this one. It has not disappointed me yet. I also like that it has the Sensor in it. It really does make a difference , in that it does not burn or overcook things. It also looks very nice , which is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Ergonomic Failure, Cooks OK
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the large size, it should accommodate most everything I would cook, I also like the dark colored interior. What I really don't like is the SMALL LOW CONTRAST FONT of the control panel! If you eyes were perfect and you were 3 1/2 feet tall so you could look directly at the control panel maybe it would be O.K., maybe. The glossy finish on the control panel lends itself to a lot of glare. The entire front is glossy black and is impossible to keep clean as it shows every smudge and finger print.

I like a larger, 1200 watt microwave. This model also has Sensor Cook, SmoothTouch Controls and Child Lock.

I found the timer control annoying to use and hard to set to the exact time needed. No handle and no grip on the bottom, so it looks nice but it takes 2 hands to open it and hold it in place.
