The sales person who helped me with the perches was very professional. Actually he was the same sales rep that helped my wife and I buy a TV and once again was very informative as far as what TV to buy. I'm am totally satisfied with both perches and would recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for any kind of appliance.

Also, I have had good luck with LG purchases in the past. I gave it four stars only because it requires a bit more time to cook items (1200 vs. 1250 watts), poorly illuminated controls, non-intuitive controls, and a tinny sound to the door closure. All in all it does what it does what it should.
