Pros: Nice microwave. Cooks well. Has safety latch so that children cannot easily open. Pretty easy to clean inside. Very easy to keep clean outside. Cons: outside numbers do not light up...hard to read and set...to the point of quite dissapointing for the price point. Setting timer requires well practiced double click. Child safety latch is going to be difficult for elderly or those with hand coordination and fingure issues to use. Truthfully I would have returned it if it had not been a gift for my wife. Better lower hassle choices are out there.

I really like this microwave. It heats up everything accurately as stated in the manual. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family because this one is true to their words.

It works great. I use it every day for warming food and defrosting meat. I'm glad I found this one instead of the one I came to buy.

The LG microwave we now have at several locations. Hope they keep working like the others. Small church kitchen, and it does the trick.

I love my new microwave, so much room and it's big! We now feel like we are up to date with technology after having a dinosaur microwave...lol

One day our microwave worked and the next it didn't accompanied with the classic dying microwave smell so I had to find one pretty quickly. I knew I wanted a larger one that our previous 1.6 Cu unit and at least rated equal to or higher than our 1000w unit. While searching, this one not only popped up that fit the bill but was open box excellent new and local for an absolutely fantastic price, so off I went to scoop it up. Unit was basically brand new. The box had just clearly went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson in his prime and it showed but all the contents were fine. Setup was straight forward and it works well enough. It definitely heats things up quicker than our old Panasonic but there are three glaring issues that cost it two stars: #1. The touchpad is incredibly finicky. You have to touch the buttons just right and softly to get it to work. We find ourselves sometimes striking a button more than once. Once you start to get the hang of it, it is easier but still a problem. #2. The door open mechanism has some type of safety on the side button that must be pushed in and only then can you push the front to open the door. For someone who is right handed it is irritating. For someone who is left handed like myself, it is basically impossible. This is the first microwave I've encountered that is not lefty friendly. #3. Non lit keypad and the way it is designed, in dim lighting you can't really make out anything. Couple a finicky keypad with poor lettering in lower light levels and you will be fumbling around. Besides that, it has been getting the job done. Some reviews are saying these are dying after a few years so we shall see.

Amazing microwave , it was time to upgrade and I’m glad we did . Plenty of space for food of all sorts . Love the double lock system when opening microwave .

Had this model for 2 yrs before the magnetron gave out. Love this microwave as it has a very large interior cooking area allowing for larger plates, instant dinners and the like.
