The LG we had started having a door closing issue after eight years of hard service

Works great, large and roomy, love the pleasant chiming instead of annoying beeping. Would be nice if it was a little easier to read the buttons, seems a little dark making it hard to read.

I’ve never paid $300 for a microwave, but I missed the sale when it was $210. Very good microwave.

For the price this is great product that we've had no issues with.

The microwave looks great. Very quiet while warming, and the done chime is just perfect, not too annoying but enough to hear. It has great power, in fact, seems stronger than our previous one.

We really like our new LG countertop Microwave with sensor cooking and smart inverter. The only thing I don't like about it is the chimes for when the cooking time is done and the chimes for pressing the time for cooking. They aren't very loud so it can be hard to hear when the cooking is done. I'm a senior and I wear hearing aides so it is even more difficult to hear them. I don't put things in the microwave and not pay attention and don't leave the area so it's not too bad but could be for someone who roams the house.

Relatively easy to use, sometimes you have to hit the buttons a few times for them to work. I wish the ringer was louder.
