It is on the larger size so make sure you have enough space for it. No issues whatsoever after 1 year of usage.

Has reheheated all my leftover dinner plates perfectly. If you are questioning on whether or not to go with this or another brand or model because of the child safety locks go with them with a turn of a screwdriver it can be deactivated.

We never used the convection oven feature. It fit the hole perfectly, with a small gap you don't notice. This has much more power, and heats evenly. What we miss are the programming features that we used for cooking steel-cut oats or baked potatoes.

I’ve removed everything, cleaned thoroughly to ensure there was no food or residue where the turning components are and nothing. Still makes that nerve racking sound. If I could get the strange sound issue resolved I could update the rating.

Please ensure the turntable ring and glass tray are properly aligned on the center shaft, as even a slight misalignment can cause noise.
