It's the best microwave I've ever had and I love all the features on it as well. I don't have any small children, but it does have a safety latch on the door and if you want you can disable it like I did.

Called LG about the 10 year warranty and they wanted to charge me 350.00 to have service come out and fix microwave. Beware! It says it has a ten year warranty on the smart inverter but will still charge 350.00 for the service call and any other parts and service involved. Junk.

We understand that your LG MSER2090S microwave is not performing as expected, and that’s certainly not the service that you are expecting. It’s important to note that the 10-year warranty on the smart inverter covers parts, but service calls and labor may not be included, depending on the situation.
As a first troubleshooting step, we recommend resetting the microwave by unplugging it for a minute and then plugging it back in. This can sometimes help with performance issues.

Our only complaint would be that it would be nice if the keypad was lit up or the numbers were in white instead of light grey. It's hard to read in a darker room. But it's been good so far and we've had no issues.
