Nice microwave, but miss the convenience buttons of my old microwave, like soften, melt, reheat, potato, rice, etc. If it had those back, it would have been perfect.

Love Love Love this microwave!!! It's the best microwave I've ever had and I love all the features on it as well. I don't have any small children, but it does have a safety latch on the door and if you want you can disable it like I did.

Purchased 11-8/2023. Warms and cooks food recently when it wants to. Called LG about the 10 year warranty and they wanted to charge me 350.00 to have service come out and fix microwave. Beware! It says it has a ten year warranty on the smart inverter but will still charge 350.00 for the service call and any other parts and service involved. Junk.

Happy with the microwave so far. Our only complaint would be that it would be nice if the keypad was lit up or the numbers were in white instead of light grey. It's hard to read in a darker room. But it's been good so far and we've had no issues.
