The microwave has all the settings that we need and more that make very easy to use. It is excellent quality.

Overall. it works as expected as a microwave. The thing that I don't like about it is the buttons. My microwave is not at eye level, so I have to search around to get them to activate.

This microwave is amazing. The sensor setting on it heats things up without me even having to think about how long it needs to be in there. This is one very smart microwave. I would highly recommend it.

It is very good microwave oven. But the panel for selecting cook level is hard to see well. The lettering is too dim.

Great purchase ive owned a couple of lg microwaves and they have always had a longevity for me that have way surpassed any other brand ive used

We bought this microwave at the end of May. It was much bigger than anticipated but worked well, heated everything through and rather quickly. Overall we were satisfied until it started to spark and hum during an attempt to make a bag of popcorn. The microwave feature no longer works, but the plate spins and the light turns off and on. Less than 8 months old and it’s probably toast. We bought it with the Best Buy credit card and Total Membership, but I foolishly canceled my Total renewal last month. We made an appointment for a repair with Geek Squad, only to find out that our warranty was void, our scheduled time slot was before the store opened due to a computer error, and Best Buy doesn’t actually do Microwave repairs which they could have indicated on my appointment information. Today was a Total disappointment. Hopefully the LG warranty will come through and I can change my review, but this is a lunker of a microwave to be hauling around for a fix.

Really love this new microwave! Heats quickly & thoroughly. Only downside is noisy door closing.

Great replacement for our previous microwave oven. So far, after disabling the child-proof feature, it gets used frequently during each day, no problems, no issues.

Not the best quality compared to my previous Panasonic !!! Would not purchase this microwave again. Poorer quality .

Was okay but not same as 20 neo chef that we have.. I feel uneven heating in food items and milk while using this microwave.

Our microwave crapped out on us … looked online at Best Buy found what I wanted paid for it .. it was ready within an hour for pickup.. took 5 minutes to get it they even loaded it for me .. excellent microwave… love it

Large interior and heats evenly, but missing ThinQ app integration and basic quick-cook shortcuts (no 1-, 2-, or 3-minute buttons, only +30 seconds). Control buttons require a very firm push in just the right spot. Big size is a plus, but usability falls short.

Is just the open button is in the bottom corner it should be infront

The person who received the gift says that it takes no time to heat up food items. Additionally, she says it is spacious inside and she loves the sleek design.

Nice looking microwave. Seems well constructed. There is documentation in the manual on how to turn off the open lockout button, which is helpful if you have any hand strength issues.

Got it home unboxed it had a small dent in it, but doesn’t affect. The quality of the item works great well worth the money.

This microwave is 1200W compared to the previous one which was 1500W, but cooks much faster especially on the power settings: what used to be a power level 4 is now a power level 2. Works great.

I had a great recent visit with the associate recommending the microwave we purchased. We’ll be back!
