Nice buy but the customer service was OUTSTANDING!! He even noticed I was limping and put it in my vehicle

This microwave works very well, however my previous one which was almost the same as this LG microwave died on us after only 5 years. We got an F-3 message and nothing would work after that. Also the handle to open and close the microwave broke around this time also. Quality not so good. I only got this one again because it was the only one that fit in the cabinet.

This is the 2nd time buying this model. Last microwave lasted 6 years and worked hard per usage everyday. The price was a great value.

Very nice and sleek. Also purchased the trim piece and it fits perfectly. I do wish it had more preset controls. I miss the beverage and popcorn function of my GE microwave. I’ll get used to this one.

Very nice. But interior needs to be white. It would be brighter inside the oven. Currently it's black or dark gray.

Just like my old one which lasted 19 years except that it has an easily disabled (by an adult) child safety lock.

This product is really fantastic. Performs exactly as it states open the manufacturer. Cooks faster and more is thoroughly. It also saves energy and uses less water than my old one.

Got this to replace an older version of the same. It works well and has upgraded features. One thing I don’t like about this one is that after 2 months, it still produces a burning electronics type of smell when it’s running. It’s understandable that ther’s a “burn-in” period but this has lasted too long. Otherwise, it works well.

This microwave is very simple and streamlined in operations. Heats up food and drinks quickly. I love the alert chime that lets you know your food/drink is ready.

The staff was very helpful with our purchase and even offered to carry it out to the car! In and out in no time!!!

Would be 5 stars if there was no locking mechanism. But overall, great microwave. heats evenly. Doesn't burn popcorn. What more could you ask for?
