Bought in February 2025 and cost limits $200. What I got seemed fancy in the beginning but quickly turned into a useless unit. If you like your microwave to sing to you while it cooks like someone is magically pushing buttons on the keypad and it simply pauses cooking in the middle of its cycle all by itself then this is your unit! If you want a unit that will heat the item you put in for the time you put it on and maybe be able to use an app to monitor it occasionally (although I have never used this feature) look elsewhere! LG seems to be going downhill fast! I won’t be looking at another LG microwave for sure! Waste of money and it’s going in the bin. Not even the warranty is worth the hassle they put you through to get it resolved.

Your warranties suck. same product failed within 6 months of purchase the 3/4 yr warranty puchased is no longer valid so i lose out

Great microwave, easy to use, nice smart features. would definitely recommend
