We love it. You can take the door lock off (which was my son's main request) . It is big and work perfectly.

This microwave is super quiet, sleek, and cooks accurately and evenly. For the price it does not disappoint.

Microwave requires patience to learn use. New open door policy for safety. Have to press a lower right side button and front button to open. Takes a little time to acquire skill. Could see may be difficult maneuver for some. Other microwaves offer easier buttons to press on the control panel requiring less hand coordination that provide same safety feature. But we must all be “open” to new ideas even if there Is an easier way to accomplish the same thing. Enjoy learning there is a way that microwave will open. Enjoy!

This microwave is massive and heats things quick! I love the black on black! Unfortunately I did have to exchange the first one I bought due to it being damaged before purchase, the staff at my local Best Buy handled the incident professionally and quick. I was so anxious when I bought it and had to come right back once I realized it was damaged, customer service was outstanding!

This is a great microwave. Its a typical microwave nothing special really. This most special thing about this microwave is how sleek it looks. The biggest thing that I don't like about this microwave is the sensor cook setup. Some microwaves have a automatic sensor cook button. This option basically lets you warm anything with a quick push of the button. Although this microwave has a sensor cook option it is not a press and walk and go function. Once the sensor cook button is pressed you have to follow up by pressing a number 1- something, (I want to say 1-5 but that may not be accurate). Each number represents a different food, but try to remember the number for each food selection is not idea. Overall though I am happy with this microwave.

Nice looking microwave. Some of the features don't work as well as my last microwave. The pizza reheat button overcooks the pizza so I am trying to figure out the right time for reheating it without using the sensor cook. Doesn't have as many features as my last one so I am trying to adjust. It works fine otherwise. If you don't need anything fancy, this will do the job. Has a very large cooking area, so that is a plus.

Great microwave a bit roomier than we expected but works amazingly.

I always buy Samsung but there were no available models when my current microwave rudely died. In a pinch, I went went with this model. I have no regrets, I love it!

We have had it for about a month... very pleased. Quite and it is our third 2.0 microwave. first was a GE lasted 10 years... 2nd was a Kenmore lasted 10 years. Kenmore was better than the GE and the LG seems better than the Kenmore. The LG is certainly the quietest of the three.

I was hesitant to purchase this microwave because I have used Panasonic for years. But, this was the only one I could find available that would meet my needs in the middle of December. The price was good and the product is working as desired. So far, I am pleased with this purchase.

Very nice microwave. I bought it to replace a microwave over oven that's built-in, until I can get my built-in microwave repaired. The LG microwave has more features than the one it replaced. It is very modern and larger than my other one.

I got this LG microwave as an open box, a really good price and it is in good shape. It has a lot of functionality, runs quietly, and is powerful. And looks good too.

Excellent inside space - heat- choices of how to heat - defrost etc. Downside ours is in a space built into our island makes it difficult to see the touch buttons without leaking directly in front of it. Two step to open door side button while pressing front tab to open.

I bought this for my mother. She absolutely loved it. She heats up some of her good and at 96 years young it was a simple enough process for her to learn.
