Old unit (same make/model) died after 10+ years. Repair cost would have been more than half a new one, so went with new. Comparable unit, comparable performance. Only gripe is the musical finish tones are much quieter and hard to pick up if not in the kitchen with it.

Love the size and power of our new microwave. A bit larger than my wife would like, but perfect for our family.

I just bought my first house and I needed all new appliances so I decided to get this microwave at first. I thought it was going to be a little bit too big which it is big, but it is perfect to be honest you could fit a lot and the lock of the door. I love it and it doesn’t have a handle which is even better, I would highly recommend it

This microwave is HUGE and works so well. If I'm heating up...let's say 2 tv dinners? Plenty of room to fit them in and heats them almost perfectly. (Obviously, the recommended time is only for 1, so that's a dub!) I'm so happy we upgraded from our overly old microwave!

This is newer model of 2 other microwaves I have. Only difference is this 1 has a really nice and easy-to-use door lock. Like this feature a lot. In fact like everything about this microwave.

The microwave works wonderfully...thorough defrosting, reheating and cooking. The only glitch is adjusting to opening the child safety lock door and trying not to break a nail! Lol

Quiet, the kids lockout switch is easily disabled if needed. The touchpad controls can be a bit slow to respond and picky as to where they detect. The feet have next to no grip so the whole microwave likes to slide around. Overall, happy with it.

Works great. Discounted price was as good as I saw anywhere. Pickup from store was just OK. Service was not good.

We purchased the LG 2.0 cu ft. countertop microwave after our old one went out. I wasn't too sure about the purchase at first, as I didn't like the small button on the side you had to push first before opening the door with the large button on the front. Fortunately, you can disable the side button. The microwave does a good job. We use it mostly for defrosting meat, cooking vegetables, and warming up other food. I would recommend this microwave.

Got this for the look of it. Works amazing. Kinda nuked my leftovers cuz my last one was 700watts and 1200 is a huge jump.
