Only issue for me was the chime at the end of cooking is hard to hear. And no way to increase that volume. Otherwise, very happy with the product

The only glitch is adjusting to opening the child safety lock door and trying not to break a nail! Lol

Uneasy Nuke

The need to push a button on the side plus pushing the open button at the same time is quite awkward. Also, the buttons on the front for time, start, clear, etc., are hard to see because they do not light up or are painted a brighter color. Basically, it's a good microwave that is not so easy to use

Needs a quieter open/close door feature.

Annoying -sounds like tin door clanking open/shut. No way to use it without waking folks up at night. Large size is Good-- holds various items/full meal at once. Cane barely hear ping when cooking time is done. Impossible to hear from another room.
