Burning Smell

Tried it two more times hoping it would go away but only got worse and was also inside the unit where the food would be. Had it for less than two weeks. Best Buy was great on the return/refund.

DO NOT BUY IT !

Why on earth should you have to press this button first, before pressing the main square release on the front. Never known a machine before that does this. Also, cannot just select say 5 minutes cook. You have to press cancel at the bottom. Then is asks what Food… I don’t like this expensive machine at all… ZERO STARS ..

Can't turn off chimes

I thought I had finally found a good option, but unfortunately not. The sounds cannot be turned off on this model so I will be returning it. I don't need or want to hear beeps when it completes. The chimes are aren't as bad as other microwaves I've had, but they will go off repeatedly until you open the door or hit the stop button. I wish this feature (or lack there of) was more front facing in the product description.

power turns off

Doesn't matter how minutes or seconds it is set for. It is random. Have to disconnect power cord and wait a few minutes for it to reset. Plug it back in and it works for who knows how long.

Horrible product.

Do not buy!

You have to hold a button on the side of the microwave while pushing on another button to open the door. The absolute worst design ever especially if you have short fingers and small hands!!!
