I’ve removed everything, cleaned thoroughly to ensure there was no food or residue where the turning components are and nothing. Still makes that nerve racking sound. If I could get the strange sound issue resolved I could update the rating.

This Microwave is a large capacity unit with a lot of options to choose from for your cooking needs. I especially like how fast it heats my cold coffee! If you're looking for a microwave that does pretty much everything except the dishes, then this one is for you!

I had purchased the 2 year extended warranty at that time, but when it failed we found out that Best Buy does honor their commitments and it isn't worth the money. The original salesperson said that if the 1st unit failed, I could bring it back and they would replace it without any hassle. When it did fail, the Best Buy employees said that we had to pay the difference in the price between what we paid in Dec 2024 and the higher costs today. They said the same model wasn't available, but I looked it up and it was the same. They tried to explain that the new version had new features and thus I would have to pay the difference. We ended up paying the $50 difference, but after getting home found that the new one is exactly the same as the old one. Buyer beware, that the extended warranty can be misrepresented by the Best Buy salespeople.

Last year we bought one for our rental property. This year for our new kitchen. It has good amount of space inside. The turn table is one of the largest for warming up lunch. It fits our counter top.
