I'm using it for an airbnb so I have to "tell" the guests. Just keep it simple!

Called LG about the 10 year warranty and they wanted to charge me 350.00 to have service come out and fix microwave. Beware! It says it has a ten year warranty on the smart inverter but will still charge 350.00 for the service call and any other parts and service involved. Junk.

We understand that your LG MSER2090S microwave is not performing as expected, and that’s certainly not the service that you are expecting. It’s important to note that the 10-year warranty on the smart inverter covers parts, but service calls and labor may not be included, depending on the situation.
As a first troubleshooting step, we recommend resetting the microwave by unplugging it for a minute and then plugging it back in. This can sometimes help with performance issues.

It's frustrating, that if you mess up when resetting the clock after the electricity goes off, you need to unplug it and start all over again instead of just hitting the "clock" button like on my old unit.
