Nice but...

I found the timer control annoying to use and hard to set to the exact time needed. No handle and no grip on the bottom, so it looks nice but it takes 2 hands to open it and hold it in place.

Junk and LG doesn’t care
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a builder and bought this unit for my personal house . The unit started to fail after 15 months. It started releasing what I believe was radiation and then the unit caught fire internally. LG seemed not to care and didn’t want to examine the unit to find out why it failed. They would not replace the unit and then offered $65.00 but made it so convoluted to collect we didn’t receive that either. I will not recommend LG to any of my customers in the future and if I could would rate LG with 0 Stars.

Quality Issues

Dorr opener broken
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The push button broke on ours, both the panel housing (push button pivot point) and the plastic retainer on the push button itself. Costs over half the cost of a new unit to replace the parts. NOT happy!
