Touching the number paid frequently does not accept quick entries. 2. There is a constant high frequency noise that younger people in the house hear and find very bad. 3. The control pad is impossible to read in low light conditions that I regularly use in the evenings. I really like the general form and cooking is excellent.

To enhance your experience with the control panel, try pressing each number pad button gently with brief pauses to ensure proper registration. If problems continue, reset the control panel by unplugging the unit for 60 seconds before plugging it back in.
The high-frequency sound might be due to the magnetron or cooling components. While some noise is normal, if it's disruptive, please reach out for further evaluation.
