This has a nice safety lock on the side of the push button which I'm sure is beneficial for parents of curious kids. Hearts food quickly and thoroughly. I also like that instead of that beeping that most do when something is finished, this one has a cute musical chime that's not annoying. The only thing i didn't like which had nothing to do with the product, but the service was the delivery. It came 2 days early via a third party. My job was closed so we couldn't get it and instead of a second attempt that just canceled order and sent it back. It was annoying trying to reorder.

I decided to spend a little extra money (which it was not that expensive anyways ) and get one that was quality and would last a long time. I did alot of research before I chose this one. It has not disappointed me yet. I also like that it has the Sensor in it. It really does make a difference , in that it does not burn or overcook things. It also looks very nice , which is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Ergonomic Failure, Cooks OK

What I really don't like is the SMALL LOW CONTRAST FONT of the control panel! If you eyes were perfect and you were 3 1/2 feet tall so you could look directly at the control panel maybe it would be O.K., maybe. The glossy finish on the control panel lends itself to a lot of glare. The entire front is glossy black and is impossible to keep clean as it shows every smudge and finger print.

I like a larger, 1200 watt microwave. This model also has Sensor Cook, SmoothTouch Controls and Child Lock.
